This installation is by Ivain Puig. I chose this piece because Puig is able to give the floor texture by making it look fluid. It appears that the car is sinking into the floor. The way that Puig angles the car also adds to the effect that it is sinking. It is not just sitting on top of the floor, but it is lopsided. I find it interesting how Puig is able to transform the entire space by adding the top of a car to create an illusion.
